This is the best place in all of South Florida and possibly the world to get a chicken parm sub! This isn't your wimpy thin little piece of chicken breast with sauce. It's a GIANT mound of chicken,sauce and cheese! Warning: the large park sub is a Monster and only a grade a man should attempt to eat it all in one sitting! Pizza is good and salads are great as well. Annie and her family are always on site to ensure quality and great service. No tables inside so plan on ordering to go or sit at counter and enjoy the two giant TVs.

Crust was not tasty almost flavorless. The dough base could not support their cheese sauce ratio and became soft after less than 2 minutes. Sauce tasted good. Cheese was average. It is convenient if you live in Coconut Creek.

I was visiting the area and used Yelp to find/select the restaurant. Good pizza but not great (the crust seemed really dry, the sauce was just ok and the cheese had very little taste to it. The employees were laughing and clowning around when I got there, and seemed bothered by the fact that I was there to pickup an order. The dining area inside is so small, you almost have to take the pizza out.

This place is awesome!!! Just ordered lunch from there philly cheese steak ( I requested chicken) ,soup of the day and some steak fries for the kids!! It came fast before the promised time and was hot and super delicious!!! Very fresh! Would totally order from them again and recommend it .

Let me just start by saying that when we first moved down the street from here I was very bias and still would never cheat on Pasquales down the road. We ordered a large cheese and it's definitely cheaper than Pasquales but I'm so stubborn about where I get my pizza from if I'm craving this style. It wasn't bad, but I alway chose Pasquales over them. I WAS WRONG. I work at JM Lexus down the road as well and we ordered the catering service once for our end of the month dinner at the dealer. When I got home that night I was interested in ordering from there again since I was home alone and I was craving pizza! Ordered a medium? I think Calzone and when I heard the music of the door knocking for my delivery service, I noticed when I went to sign the bill that the box was CRAZY heavy. I put it down on the floor next to me and sent my delivery angel on his way. I sat down and noticed my sauce cup and I opened the open. **SUSPENSE** haha THE CALZONE IS HUGE. I ordered a pepperoni one and it was very large. This said it fed about 2 people so I expected this, but not this big! I was ecstatic, I dug in immediately and it's a fountain of assorted cheese as well as stuffed with a monster amount of pepperoni. Let's just say we ordered from here the next night. I'm obsessed.

My hubby and I decided to give this place a try after his friends told him that it was a good pizza joint. We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, the pasta combo sampler with an added meatball and a cannoli. We thought the pizza tasted good. I wouldn't say it was the best pizza I've ever had but it was good. The marinara sauce they have is probably one of the best ive ever had and my husband agrees. The pasta combo was excellent, the meatball was so moist and tasty. The ricotta cheese that was in the lasagna was delicious. The entire sampler was just fantastic!!. I'm definitely going to order that again. The cannoli was also great! Next time I think I'll try one of the hot sandwiches :)

I don't have much to say except the pizza here is fantastic (flat New York style!) and so are the cheese fries! It's pretty expensive though. There's only one other pizza place I'll order from instead, and it's only because they are cheaper.

Just finished eating here, and wow!!! Best experience I have had with a pizza place. When we first walked in we greeted in a friendly manner. The staff were helpful and truly understand what it means to provide quality customer service. The whole staff worked as a team. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs within the restaurant. And on top of all this, the pizza was the best tasting I have ever had!!! Only 5 stars doesn't even give them justice 10 stars needed.

AnneMarie's has some badass flavorful and fresh pizza! I ordered a small Hawaiian Pie and my gf ordered a Stromboli and loved it! We spent together about $35 for both and there was enough food to take home! Great service, friendly staff and definitely a great find. We drove for about an hr to try the so talked about pizza, and it was worth it.

We came here with five kids and four adults, after spending the morning at Off The Wall. Ordering by the slice allowed everyone to get exactly what they wanted. Pizza was hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Salads were good too. Theres limited seating and no real table service, but there was outside seating, the weather and view were nice, and they brought the food out to us. All nine of us gave it five stars. Oh, THE SLICES ARE HUGE!!! We will definitely come here again!

Went to the wings place next door for food, but my husband wanted a stromboli. I popped in this place and instantly recognized the staff. Many years ago they used to be at Annie's Pizza on 441. Anyhow, I ordered and he was very pleasantly surprised at the size of his stromboli. He said it tasted good too. When we're in the area and hungry we also go there for the 2 slice special. The staff is relatively friendly and will offer suggestions if you ask. The marinara sauce is also very good. We always get it when we order garlic rolls.

Found this place as we were diving past the shopping center looking for a late lunch. Very friendly. Ordered rolls and wings. They ended up giving us extra rolls on the house. Both the rolls and wings were fresh and tasty. It's hard to understand how a wing store that is located directly next door does well. I look forward to going back the next time I am in the area.

Thank God for cheese!!! This is one of the cleanest Italian mom & pop restaurant I've been to thus far.. Food was hot!! & delicious & quick.. Customer service alone was 5 star. Very nice family oriented spot! It was worth the 8min drive lol. Will definitely add to my broward list of take out & they deliver!!

I had this slice of pizza and let me tell you, I'm not just some guy I've eaten pizzas across the seven seas. This pizza blew my mind. It's a shame that the location is so hidden because more people should know about this place. I recommend trying the Philly cheesesteak as well. It's really great!

This review is based on the two slice combo. To be fair the whole pie is likely better. I found this place to be New Jersey authentic. Friendly (by NYC / NJ standards) ample topings and a decent sauce although was a little salty for my taste. All in all a good value and certainly worth ordering a pie.

This is my go to place for anything Italian! Pizza is my favorite and even great tasting the next day, cold, out of the fridge. Prices great and service always great. Delivery is a big plus! Sometimes pizza differs in crust thickness and sauce amount. Need to find out when i call who's on pizza detail next time and then figure out which guy/girl i like best.

Our go-to pizza joint. The best in town! They use the perfect ratio of cheese to sauce to crust. The stromboli is also very good with plenty of toppings to choose from. We have also tried the wings that were part of a family meal deal, they were good but we keep coming back for the pies.

Absolutely love this little place...I discovered it through their delivery service to places in the area of where I work...super friendly staff and food is AWESOME! The pizza lunch special is reasonable and can I mention the slices are huge!!! The chicken wings are soo yummy and never dissappoint....lastly most importantly dessert... zepolis are so delish and let me tell you about those canolis! So creamy and hit the spot today for my 3 o'clock snack!

This place has the best Cobb salads and pasta dishes on planet earth. If your in the coconut creek area you have to try this spot for all food dishes. The eggplant part is my fav , it's like eating straight from grandmas in Jersey. Good ol classic italian food like from back home. This is what you're gonna get at anne marines.

My friend swore by this place for so long now. He takes these pictures of their food he orders on Instagram and ​yesterday I finally got to see what the hype is all about. We were at World of Beer watching the games and naturally there isn't that many good food options unless you want to go to Ethos but nobody is trying to watch pigskin, drink beer and chow down on some hummus. Like the G my friend is, he puts in a call and within 30 minus or less (avoid the noid) a pie with just about every topping along with 4 Philly cheese steaks arrived. I was too drunk to take any pictures but holy mother of Christ this cheese steak was packing big meat like Ray J. I am a huge fan of Direct From Philly, but Annie's just became the #1 challenger because their Philly was superb. The only thing setting Annie's back from having the best Philly, would be they need real Philly rolls like Amoroso and I want to see cheez whiz an option. Sure it's processed crap in a jar, but let's not become snobs now because we aren't exactly eating the healthiest foods to begin with. If Annie's can come with those two changes, they might have the best Philly in the area. The pizza was good, but sometimes with too many toppings you really can't appreciate the pie. I like to strip my beauties to the bare minimum. Give me light cheese, well done and I will f*ck up a pie like its my last meal. Annie's, you are my lady.

Heard good things about Anne Marie's so we have it a try. We were short on time and it was a last minute plan so we just ordered a large cheese pie and a side of garlic bread. The pizza was excellent, cooked perfectly with great flavor. The marinara sauce was amazing, filled with flavor. I was tempted to give them 5 stars but the order took 17 minutes longer then the 20 minute time I was given when ordering. Not a huge deal, next time I will just wait a little longer.

Delicious pizza and super cheap! We had delivery and it got here quicker than most other pizza places. The service over the phone was delightful, made me want to order again!
